Chase Neumayer, CEO

Chase Neumayer is a seasoned professional in the realm of cybersecurity and compliance, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Riviera Bay Assurance (RBA) in Saint Petersburg, FL. With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade, Chase has established himself as a leader in the industry, dedicated to ensuring that organizations across various sectors can navigate the complexities of cybersecurity compliance with confidence.

Chase’s journey to the helm of RBA began at A-LIGN in Tampa, FL, where he held progressively senior roles, culminating in Senior Manager. During his time at A-LIGN, Chase honed his expertise in managing IT audit projects for various frameworks, including ISO 27001, 27017, 27018, 27701, 22301, and 9001. He also played a key role in maintaining A-LIGN’s certification body accreditation and provided annual trainings to ensure the team stayed abreast of industry developments.

With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University, Chase brings a solid foundation of knowledge to his role, complemented by certifications including CISA and ISO 27001 & 27701 Lead Auditor. His dedication to excellence, coupled with his management and sales acumen, has positioned him as a trusted advisor in the field of cybersecurity and compliance.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Chase is known for his commitment to mentorship, regularly engaging in mentoring sessions with managers and associate managers to foster their career development. He is also adept at conducting monthly and ad hoc meetings to ensure alignment and encourage growth within the organization.
